If you are living currently in mexican territory, full payment or 50% in advance is required to process your order without exceptions, if you choose 50% advance payment method; the rest will be due when your order is finish and before we send it to you.

If you are in need of IRS bill called “factura” (invoice) you need to let us know at the moment you place your order. We also will need you to provide us with the IRS code called “datos fiscales” to bill you in federal way.

We accept major credit cards through PayPal payment system. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. You may be billed in  U.S. dollars and/or additional sale taxes on your final invoice total  may apply depending on the state or country you are in.

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. That is why we backup our work offering you the security that you are getting what you have authorized, otherwise, you will need to prove you did not receive what you ordered in proper manner and returning it if that is the case in the original packaging.

We will exchange it for an equal value product or if that is the case returning to you the cost of it.

All shipment for returning products will be paid by the customer.

A Service fee on cancelling your order will apply. If order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.

If you’ve placed your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.

Because our production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping method  to ensure the quickest delivery.
